"Multiple" polling places in Northampton County, Pennsylvania have shut down voting machines that were "flipping" votes.
If a voter cast a Yes” vote for one of the incumbents, but a “No” vote for the other, the votes come out flipped, Northampton County Executive McClure said.

The democrat will be the winner by fraud. The republican will challenge in court, which will be delayed. The court will say "no standing." Rinse and fricking repeat.

They do program computers to count correctly. This is after the initial stage of discounting the votes that are not wanted

Not sure why anyone would think this proves the 2020 election was stolen. These machines spit out paper ballots. They are reviewed by the voter and turned in. Voters noticed the problem, and it will be fixed.
This is the exact reason that Trumpists were told that votes can't be flipped. Voters got to turn in their paper ballots after they got to inspect it. If the machine was flipping votes then the voters would have noticed.
