The only thing surprising about that video is the lack of a negligent discharge and/or someone shooting an AK in the air for no apparent reason.

When the hell did they fix their roads, the entire time I was watching I was waiting for the skaters to eat it as they went into a pot hole, or in some cases craters. I was only their a year, but the last thing I thought when I was traveling around Kabul was, "man, this looks like good rollerblading territory."
