Again, I don't understand your side of this situation. SCOTUS ordered that this admin "facilitate " his return. El Salvador has refused to return its citizen, whom it has full jurisdiction over, the US. What more can Trump do? Send the military to break him outta of prison?

He publicly put the ball in the El Salvadorian Presidents hands and he didn't seem willing to give the gang member up.
Unless you have correspondences between them setting this public decline up you're just guessing.

Yeah it’s a problem that we have. With no solutions being offered.
Trump hasn’t facilitated his return. Hasn’t tried.
Doesn’t appear willing to try. Hosted Bukele and seemed to encourage Bukele to reject the idea.

The US to try and move heaven and earth to get this guy back?
Or the US to apply a realistic effort:reward effort to retrieve an illegal gang member that we're going to ultimately deport again anyways?
I'm with you, I have little doubt if the US made getting this guy back it's top priority he'd be back within the day.
But why would they?
We'll facilitate a transfer if El Salvador wants to release him, but we're not going to bribe them to do so. Why would we? It's an illegal MS13 gang member
Anything beyond El Salvador freely sending this guy back on their own dime is too much effort.
