If you asked google what an oligarch is it would show a pic of Jeff Landry with a circle around all the trial lawyers. Rich people controlling government is an oligarchy. I'm not unilaterally agreeing with what AOC and her spectacular tits are saying but we do have oligarchs controlling some things. In Louisiana, they're controlling the cost of insurance.
