How is it that those two cucks show up at the top of the replies for every single one of our magnificent orange bastard's tweets?
Do they have that lack of a life to where they're sitting around waiting for him to tweet so they can immediately reply? Or are they sponsored by Twitter?

They have to be paid. No one in their right mind can just sit there and wait for Trump to tweet and immediately reply multiple replies to each one. Then again, with TDS anything is likely.
