Why do we care if Ukraine and Russia continue their war?

Cut off all resources to Ukraine and continue to let them fight. If they want to end it then give Trump a call then lets talk, END OF STORY. It's not like we are losing anything here. Putin knows Trump's administration had nothing to do with it and Ukraine if they want to lose everything then continue to fight. The blood shed is there own. Thoughts?

As Trump said, I want people to stop needlessly dying. This war is almost completely of the current US regime's making. Without our support to Ukraine, it wouldn't have happened or continued this long.

I don't think we can afford to be this naive. If Putin is allowed to run rampant over Europe, it destabilizes the world order. I'm not saying we should give them long range missiles, but I think we should support Ukraine with training, advising, and money to help them maintain their autonomy.
The French did this for us during the Revolutionary War, and we have a duty to defend democracy in Ukraine.

If anything this just showed the world that Putin isn't who we thought he was. Russia has not finished or ended this war with fricking Ukraine. Let that sink in. Trump is Putin's daddy in the big scope of this.

We should have give them better advice, like: not violate the terms of the Minsk Accords by shelling ethnic Russian populations in the Donbas. Or, allowing the CIA to sponsor a color revolution.

It's very simple, he wants NATO to honor their decades old commitment to not expand to Russia's doorstep.
