Why Google shutdown it's revolutionary, cutting edge, quantum computer chip, Willow

I remember reading and watching a video about this chip called Willow months ago. I hadn't heard that Google shut down running the chip recently during research and development. I'll do a terrible job at attempting to describe the video, but I'll try.
Seems the quantum computing chip began producing strange anomalies such as symbols and equations that couldn't be explained. These closely resembled ancient symbols believed to be lost languages, but didn't match perfectly.
After different ideas from experts were discussed and debated, everything from ancient unknown symbols to receiving "messages" from other dimensions on a quantum level...
They seem to believe that the quantum chip was attempting to create its own unbreakable encryption code. Which could possibly result in the chip protecting itself with an unbreakable security code. This was so concerning to Google they shut down the chip.
Watching the 30 minute video will inform much better than I can.

Initially celebrated for its groundbreaking speed and unmatched computational power, Willow suddenly became the center of mystery, speculation, and fear. Sources claim that scientists spotted something strange in its final data streams - anomalies that defied explanation. Then, an ethical hacker uncovered something even more chilling: a hidden vulnerability that could change everything we thought we knew about quantum computing and security. Was this an accident, or a glimpse into something far more dangerous? Stick around to discover the shocking truth.

Nah, I am not buying that crap. It produced gibberish and didn't work.

I highly doubt they shut it down. They probably just went into hush hush mode.

LoL... I know 30 minutes is way past the attention span for some around here, but it's better to evaluate the information before passing judgment. IMHO but you do you...

I'm not buying that crap either, thanks to this OUTRAGEOUSLY clickbaitey headline

So they unplugged it.

This is from a LinkedIn article.

One of the most intriguing theories surrounding Willow's shutdown involves the spontaneous generation of encryption protocols within the chip. This discovery sent ripples through the cybersecurity community, as traditional encryption methods rely on mathematical problems that quantum computers are designed to solve.

shite. I don't know if they unplugged it. I don't pretend to know much about quantum computers or the process by which the "turn em off".
Just thought it was interesting and posted it!
I didn't make the damn video.

I'm impressed google was smart enough to do that. I really thought they were not capable of such a thought process.

There's an interesting theory about quantum computers working so effectively and quickly because they function across countless parallels of the multiverse. The only way the speed can be rationally explained is by multiplying it across millions of dimensions, and then it adds up.
Now whether you believe all that or not is up to you. I just stay open minded about it and take it all with a grain of salt. But it's fascinating and scary stuff. Don't think for a second that the people at DARPA and CERN aren't very interested in this subject.

False.
Terrible take

It doesn't really matter what people want to believe. The truth is on the quantum level, our understanding of physics is still practically non-existent. Our math just can't make it work. Until we understand things like duality (things behaving as a particle and a wave at the same time), quantum entanglement, etc., anything is possible and we should not discredit it.

The actual, physical science is there to prove that a "wormhole" can actually be created or even occur naturally under very specific proper circumstances.

Maybe not. We live in one universe. But who's to say it isn't layered? Our understanding of quantum physics is sub-rudimentary. Our perceptive abilities, both physically and mentally, are extremely limited. We only have access to less than 10% of our brain capacity and function. We are a complex network of trillions of synapses and impulses turning carbon-based matter into thought, emotion, movement and sentient existence. I believe that if someone were to boldly proclaim that anything outside of our accepted reality is "impossible", is possibly the ultimate act of hubris.

Pulling the plug will defeat any secret encryption it came up with.
