It would appear we are not keeping up.
LINK
India led at 77%
China was a close 2nd at 74%
Indonesia 51%
Turkey 59%
South Korea barely edged us at 29%

This is fine!

Do you realize how impressive this is for the US?

Hint: when you start from a big number, % growth is much more difficult.

Hint: we started at #1 10 years ago

We trailed the growth of the world. Is there a bigger number than “the world”?

This is the goal of globalization.

Hemorrhage wealth to underperforming nations through equity to force equality.

It will never work. Humans aren’t all equal. You can’t force it.

The countries with higher GDP “growth” are by and large developing countries. Which makes sense. They should have a higher % of GDP growth than the largest, best developed country and economy in the world.

The world is comprised of a lot of shitty economies.

It's a lot easier for them to grow more. You posted several examples of just this.

We've remained at #1 during that entire time period, and almost kept up with the pace "the world" while having an exponentially more difficult time in doing so. That's amazing.

Global GDP grew at 35%
USA GDP grew at 28%
We were well below average.

Every % of growth for us was harder than anyone else,

And we still almost kept pace with the world, given that difficulty.

It's amazing

Spin it however makes you feel better but the painful reality is that relative to the rest of the world, our growth was well below average.

I’d argue the real story to be told lies with #6. Imagine where they’d be if they didn’t shift course and kept a cut of the former colonies and spheres of influence’s production.

No. I just understand basic math.

Here I'll show you:

20 to 25 is 25% growth

30 to 35 16.7% growth

100 to 110 is 10% growth

Total growth is 13%

We grew double country A or B, but you think that's a problem.

Citation needed.

Seeing as we're leading technology innovation, our growth should be above average.
