Kinda thinking along the same lines. The judge meeting and not sharing with the defense (even though the defense isn’t handling his particular case) should be grounds for acquittal.

Hope these corrupt judges get theirs soon enough. You’d have to be a fool as a judge to be partial. People are going to come a knockin if this keeps up

Apparently this is potentially a reversible error, especially since they have the transcript.

That said, my understanding of the case is that this witness is a significant portion of the State's case and he allegedly just told the judge he is going to lie on the stand and the DA's office said they wouldn't prosecute him for perjury

I'm really surprised they're letting this guy continue to testify without resolving the ex parte meeting issue first.

Local news said this trial could last 6 more months

Feel bad for that jury having to sit and listen to a bunch of low iq morons testify.

Fulton County DA's office is obviously a clown show. Anyone saying different is a partisan hack.

The judge refuses to recuse or even turn the motion to recuse to a other judge even though he is likely a witness now. There was alleged Brady information discussed during the ex parte hearing

And the judge refused them the ability to go to the appeals court for an interluctory appeal.

Judge Glanville just granted the defense's request to release the entire transcript of the ex parte meeting.

And now the judge agreed to transfer the motion for refusal to another judge for independent evaluation.
