This halftime for Miami is reminding me why everyone takes MLS in a non-serious light

This might be the first game in Busquets career where he's been embarrassed like this. Dude is getting spun around in circles.

Miami looks old as hell tonight. They need some young guys with pace

Indeed. Young Argentine Redondo just signed and Cremaschi coming back in a month should help with that.

All I know is I fricking hate Arty Blank for deciding he’s OK that AUFC is just another boring MLS club.

The first two seasons I thought AUFC was different. And frankly they were.

They had my interest.

Since then? Disaster. I have better things to spend my interest, time, and money on,

Messi nets one to tie game 1-1. Alba and Messi have not seemed to slow down.

Minnesota United has named Eric Ramsay (former Man United assistant) as their head coach.

Only 8 franchises will participate in the US Open Cup

MLS proving again it isn’t a serious league

Also some open defiance with in the ranks. Teams who were not selected to play by the MLS brass coming out and saying they wanted to play in the tournament.

Hoping the old legs will hold up throughout the season. Miami isn't at full strength with 2 bright midfielders Cremaschi and Redondo yet to debut this season. Also expect a big summer signing at the transfer window. Could be a dominant season, could fall apart. We shall see.

I’m thinking we could see an arms race within MLS for teams who don’t want to be humiliated like Orlando tonight but maybe I’m very optimistic.
