By posting this video, the Premier League will have no choice but to deduct 15 points from Everton.
Way to go.
Way to go.

the end of the video is pretty compelling where they discuss the conundrum the EPL has found itself facing. I didnt know the whole thing rests in the hands of three judges on a panel
Merely fine Man City or do nothing and other FCs with major backing can just mimic the Man City blueprint making FFP moot
Rule against them and take away points or expell Man City and you damage the value of the EPL, the TV rights and the value of the other clubs. Plus you embarass the UAE Royal Family and damage relations between UAE and the UK govs

Maybe give them a mild-moderate points docking that won't relegate them, and strip them of titles in the years in question?
I don't think the EPL product will be harmed, and nobody alive will forget who won those trophies. UAE Royals keep their product in the EPL, keep making money, and government relations are saved.

I believe that most likely what will happen if they rule against Man City is what you said
Points reduction this year that drops them to the lower level of the table but doesn’t relegate them. Major fines and possibly stripping them of their titles from 2009 to now.
Would still be embarrassing to the club and ownership but not devastating
Expulsion of MC could be crippling and would weaken the value of the EPL to the League partners and TV deals
Nobody wants that

If they do walk then it becomes an all out free for all
That only 3 clubs in the world can actually compete in
Essentially nation states will run world football
Everyone else who operates in a normal constraint will go bankrupt and into administration trying to compete.
Also if people bitch about the rise of ticket prices at some clubs now. Imagine how expensive going to a match will become as all these clubs try and compete with the nation states.

If England was still a proper country they’d expel city then invade UAE, steal their wealth and bang their women.

Deduct points this year, and next.
I would go 30 points (yes 30) plus a two year transfer ban.
On appeal it would probably drop to 25 and 15 in terms of point deductions, and a one year transfer ban.
Nonetheless, they deserve

If City don’t get the book thrown at them then Newcastle better spend 500 million this summer
