Looks like Saul for Griezmann is a problem. Neither will take a wage cut and AG’s 507 a week is a killer for Athletico. Saul makes 207 a week but would have to take a cut to play with us. In my opinion he is perfect for the Klopp system but is not that attacking mid we have all been dreaming about. This one is from Fabrizio so reliable source could be interesting.

Apparently there is a “significant possibility” Hendo could be leaving this summer. Neither side have been agreeable on contract terms and both parties want to avoid another Gini Wijnaldum situation.
FSG has not been fond of resigning older players, with Millie being the only one that has been resigned as an elder in the squad.
Surely there’s no way that Hendo has to leave, right? Apparently PSG are an interested party.

Gini was at the negotiation table two years early too, which is kind of the point. FSG are very stringent financially, and Hendo will be 33/34 in that year.
What they don’t want is for this to stretch out and end the way Gini’s negotiations did and lose Hendo on a free. FSG want to at least make some money off him and Hendo doesn’t want to put the fans through that Gini-style negotiation.

Nope. Tradition would demand that a scouse skipper not be FORCED out, but let to leave on his own accord, though.
