Anyone able to install Amazon games on Steam Deck currently?

I can post this to the Gaming Board, but it seems like more of a tech issue.
It appears Amazon Prime Gaming did something to their launcher, so that Heroic Launcher and Lutris can not find/install their games. Someone posted a fix on reddit, stating to download an updated version of "nile".

I've done what they're saying to do, but still no joy. I think the problem I am having is I'm not sure how to make the nile binary executable.

I understand the concept, but unsure what to do. Is that a command to enter in terminal?
