what kind of speed do you get?

Do you know if this would work at Lake Martin? Everyone I've talked to in our area of the lake seems to say that satellite internet is the only option and its expensive/poor quality.

The link says if you are within 25 miles of one of their towers you can get coverage.
From the link. There is also an interactive map that shows all of their towers in the state.
ETA: The better plan is 69 a month and 100 for equipment on the front side. That isn't a bad deal.

Fuzion Wireless Internet currently offers multiple speed packages, up to 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. Most customers choose our “Better” Wireless Internet package that offers 20Mbps Average Download, and 4Mbps Average Upload.

Are there any data limits?
No, Fuzion Wireless Internet does not have any data limits. We do not limit the amount of GB you may use, we do not compress, or reduce the quality of videos. We provide true, open internet.

Take a look at OTR Mobile. Works anywhere you've got AT&T coverage. $60/mo for unlimited data with no throttling. I'm getting 10-20 Mbps down & 20 Mbps up most days. VPNs work fine.

Trust me -- you DO NOT want to be a customer. Google for reviews and you'll find nothing positive. They are the most demeaning, belittling, and unprofessional pack of a*holes you'll ever encounter. Doubt me? Dial (256) 400-0011 and listen to their manifesto for support.
I'm an outgoing customer which used re-sold Verizon infrastructure. For 11 of the 12 months my service would get cut off by Verizon like clockwork on the 23rd because Fuzion failed to perform the necessary administrative steps with Verizon to authorize my service to continue, despite taking my payment like clockwork every month on the 16th. When I complained about them not doing their job I was told it was "not their problem." Eventually they informed me I was no longer welcomed as a customer and cancelled my service.
The owner is Warren Sandusky, and Auburn alum, and "Maverick Investment Partners, LLC" and neither appear to give a crap. They know most of their customers have had no other choice. But that's changing.
If you doubt any of this, please become a customer and see for yourself, else heed this warning and save yourself a lot of frustration.

Can confirm all of this. We had Sardistel at our hunting camp for a month or two. They are the most god awful people to deal with.
