Are there any good free AI voice greeting generators out there?

And one that could possibly make it with a Cajun accent? I dont mind paying for one to use a couple of times if need be if it can do a Cajun accent.

Eleven labs just released their app for iOS this week. They have one of the best text to voice AIs, but they are marketing the app as a book and web page text reader. Not sure if you can record the voice or not.

Ill take a look at it. I dont need to record my voice, text to voice is ok. I just need to be able to download it to use it as my voice mail greeting on my side gig office phone.
