AT&T 25 MB Uverse Internet vs. T-Mobile 5G Home Internet

Which is the better service in your opinion. Looking at moving to a new house and those are my two best and more immediate choices for high speed internet, excluding satellite internet service.
On the surface, the T-Mobile deal seems better with faster download speeds and $5 less per month. Dont know how dependable each of them are in comparison and customer service issues, etc.
Anyone got any insight on which is the better choice?

I have had T-Mobile for almost a year now and it has been almost flawless, much better than I had with Cox. Regularly see speeds in 300-400+ download.

Does ATT even sell U-verse anymore. Last I heard it was being phased out and they were not selling any new accounts. I was told when I cancelled mine that I would not be able to get it back again.

I have T-Mobile 5G and love it. The modem does like a restart every month or so, though.
I get speeds usually between 75-200. Inclement weather has yet to effect it.
No contract, no additional house wiring necessary, just plug in next to a window.

Thanks all for your I input. I just talked with the next door neighbor where we are planning to buy the house. Making the offer tomorrow. The neighbor said both houses can get Uverse or Spectrum internet. They've used both and like both. He also told me that he just recently found out that AT&T is going to be placing fiber in the neighborhood for their Gigabit Ethernet fiber service. If we get a contract accepted on the house, I think I'll start with the TMobile 5G Home internet service, and then when AT&T fiber internet is available, I can decide if its worth the extra cost or if we stick with TMobile.

Hope I’m not hijacking as I have a similar situation….
At my home, 50mbps is the highest at&t uverse offers. I will be disconnecting my DIRECTV service and going strictly with streaming (multiple 4k tvs), so I’m looking at switching carriers for more bandwidth.
My options are spectrum cable at 200mbps for $50/mo or Verizon 5g home internet up to 300mbps for same price.
I’m strongly leaning towards spectrum as I’d guess a wired connection would be better, but does anyone have experience with Verizon’s service?

The spectrum internet is more likely to have consistent speeds.

I also took the $50/month T-Mobile home internet deal. Had it for two months. It has been great. I am running two smart TVs and one laptop. I ran a speed test and blown away. Very happy.
I had been paying $115/month for internet at Comcast Xfinity. Now I am paying $50/month for T-Mobile and it is faster. Nuff said.

What kind of data limits are applied to these cellular internet plans?

My att absolutely sucks. My TV’s freeze all the time. Does not seem to slow the computer down but I don’t do anything to fancy on it.

The T-mobile is a home wireless internet plan with no data limits.

The best answer is Starlink. You need to apply and get on the list now. In the meantime Uverse is in the process of being phased out and will be replaced by something else. Would probably go with T-Mobile
