Anyone in the BR area having issues having post-storm issues with AT&T Fiber? No outages reported on their end but they don’t know what’s going on.

I’ve been on the line with them several times to get things sorted, but it sounds like they may need a send a tech. Problem is that, with the strike going on, they can’t confirm when anyone can get out here.

Just seeing if anyone else is the same boat and has gotten other answers.

No issues.

I know it’s trite, but have you unplugged the router for a minute and plugged it back in to reset it?

What do the lights on the front of your modem look like?

Flashing yellow. It’s the newer Nokia one they give you.

Blinking yellow is a VOIP registration issue. Do you have home phone service through them as well?

Eta: I’m not familiar with the Nokia gateways. Link?

I think it looks more like blinking white, but I did not see that on the troubleshooting.

Looked up a little on Reddit. It’s definitely blinking white. From brief research, it’s stuck in power up mode?

Blinking white makes way more sense

Have you tried a press and hold on the hard reset button on the back?

Yes! No dice! They’re finally offering to send us a free hotspot until the tech comes.

Nice!

Though if you have another step in you, I’m curious: unplug both the power and the Ethernet cable going into the router (don’t worry about any going out unless you don’t know the difference, then pull them as well). Leave it sit for a minute. Them only plug the power back in. Let me know what the lights settle in on.

Just did it. It was flashing red, then I plugged the fiber line back in and it went back to flashing white.
