Looking for recommendations for an AI photo editor that allows you to upload an image of a person and then use prompts to describe what image I want generated using that person (e.g. upload a photo of "Bob" and then write a prompt like: "Bob climbing Mount Everest")
What's the best AI app to use? Free versions preferable, but if that's not an option I could shop around at low prices.

I use Muse (formerly called Midjourney)... but you really gotta learn how to prompt... don't like it enough to use it over stock photos for website development, but I know some agencies that only use AI photos for their website images.
I also really like Fotor, but it's not the same as Muse.
