I need to transfer several hours of digital audio to cassette tapes. Is there a modern way to achieve this?

I'm no help, but just out of curiosity: why would you want to do so?

He apparently gave more context on the OT thread:
Though as a practicing attorney, I'm even more confused now than when I started

I have an urgent requirement to transfer several hours of digital audio (mp3) to cassette tapes for a deposition.
Is there a modern way to achieve this without having to hire a technician?
In the Dallas area.

Since there's some context, the only way to do this is by patching in the mp3 playing device to the cassette recorder and letting it play/record.
Why doesn't the court take digital recordings?

I'm amazed you can even find a cassette tape these days.

I hear ya

This was one of my responses on the OT:

I mean, we aren't asking for details about the reason for the deposition. We're trying to figure out why you need a modern reproduction on a cassette tape.
The cassette with the original recording on it? Ok. A replication of a recording on media that you can play on demand but isn't on a laptop? Ok, little odd, but possible, and CD players aren't hard to come by.
But a reproduction onto a cassette? That's just flat fricking odd

The kids have started listening to cassette tapes again. Bands often sell their albums on cassette tapes now.

Which blows my mind. Records make sense, as it's a truly analogue medium, so it has its benefits. Cassettes just suck arse. It's just retro for the sake of being retro

Oh I thought that was a joke. Bands are really putting out cassettes?

I had to dig this bad boy out of storage just for this thread...
