Best Zoom mic/speaker (not headphones)

For past 5 years or so, I've been using:
- Jabra Speak 410 for Mic and Speakers (LINK )
- Logitech C930e for Video (LINK )
I got feedback today that my mic quality was poor and needs to be upgraded. I'm not going back to headphones. My problem might simply be that I had the Jabra puck too far away from me but I'm interested in upgrading.
What is the current best option for Speaker/Mic setup for Zoom/WebEx calls?

You should really reconsider doing some basic in ear buds. If your mic can pick up the sound from your speakers, which it will, you’re going to have a bad time.

What sort of setup do you use? And/or what type of ear buds are recommended?

Depends heavily on your needs and price point. I don’t need to zoom as often as I used to, and when I do, it’s generally with known peers, so I just have my every day earbuds pull double duty with their built in mic:

I imagine the dulcet tones of my voice through that mic wouldn’t titillate anyone, but I’ve never heard any complaints.
If you have a need for higher production value, consider investing in a stand alone mic. But the important thing is that your mic can’t hear the audio you want to hear. If it does, you will have reverb at best and full blown echo at worst.
