Something around $150 would be nice. Sorry if this is a duplicative topic.

Soundcore. Just pick the style of fit you like the best, and get a pair with noise cancelling. They're on sale often, and come in under your price point even without a discount. The Liberty 4 NC are cheap enough that you can buy two pairs and hit your budget. Like with other ear buds, make sure you run an alcohol wipe over the charging contacts once a week or so.

Woot has new Beats fit pro for $129. I have had a pair for quite a while and they have been very good to me. The noise canceling is awesome, and they fit comfortably and stay in my ear better than any iteration of the airpod.

JLAB Jbuds Air ANC 3. I have yet to find a negative. Blutooth multipoint connection is the tits for working in an office where you are bouncing between Teams meetings and cell calls.
They also make an audiophile version for $199 I believe.

Soundcore.
my soundcores have outlived my kids sony, jbl, and airpods.
i have an office pair,* a running pair, and a traveling pair.
my wife also got me a some really nice earfuns as a Christmas gift (even though i had other soundcores) they're functionally the same as soundcore and work great.

I've owned most of the high-consumer grade buds
Sonys are good, APPs are good. I have B&W and B&O and Senns and others but most of them don't get used because they're not as versatile (even if they do sound marginally better).
I didn't try Jabras for a long time, assuming they would let me down. I've had a couple of elite variants now and I'm impressed. They hold in place well, are comfortable, have comparable SQ to most and often have reasonably good call quality for an IEM.
I use my APPs the most because I'm a heavy Apple user.

B&W PI8 if you like loud and great sound, best set I've had for volume and sound great with about every genre. If you want functionality if you got apple stay airpods if you got Samsung stay Samsung

Three pairs of Earfun 3s: LINK
those are the ones my wife got me. i can't say they're any different than my SoundCore, but that's a good thing. Top quality sound and I am never the one having trouble being heard on zoom or teams. my only complaint is that if i'm on a zoom call and forget to DND, it will jump to the call if i'm mid sentence. I really only wear them when my family is being loud while i'm at work or i'm going to be talking a lot and want to move around the room. range is 30-50 feet. but i listen to music and podcasts with them all day.
one thing that's nice is that they do wirelessly charge so i have a charging pad at my desktop that i can throw my watch, phone, or those on.
