Can’t get ESPN on LG Smart TV?

Just got a new LG smart TV but we can’t download ESPN through the apps store? Any ideas to circumvent this without having to use AirPlay? Thanks.

In my experience, the Smart TVs aren't very smart. They have limited apps. Fire TV/Roku/Android/Apple are a must in my household. If I buy a "smart" TV, it is always one that has one of those platforms baked in.

I just added a firestick 4k to my new lg oled. Their app library sucks and I can't add my vpn. At least you can side load a firestick.

My newish Sony is the best at this I have ever seen. Way better than all my previous smart TVs.
