We've had it for years. YouTubeTV was the best deal in streaming when it was $30/mo. It was too good to last long though.
It's about $75/mo now but it's pretty comparable to a cable package from a channel lineup standpoint. You get unlimited DVR and a pretty nice interface. Plus no contract, extra equipment or having to deal with Cox.

Had Cox for decades. Internet and TV.
Kicked them to the curb and got Rev fiber for internet, and YTTV.
Getting the wife acclimated to the interface was a little challenging, but we are saving a lot of money.
Zero regrets.

I had Cox cable and/or internet since the 90s. We switched to YouTubeTV when it first became available in this market and to AT&T fiber last year. No complaints about either.

The YTTV experience is better overall, but channel selection is not. No Bally’s for baseball and no Hallmark for the ladies.

YTTV has added Hallmark over the last year.
Bally's is available via a direct streaming subscription for everyone.

Wish there was a back button but I know the down, down, down, enter combo will get me there.

If you live in the same zip code, also only allows 3 or so streams at once.

I have YTTV, and it's not really because it's that much cheaper. I do it because I hate dealing with cable or dish companies and their price hikes once you're out of the introductory period.
Having to call them and haggle and deal with their bull shite is so off putting to me. Then, you have to run cables to all of their equipment. It's just an archaic model and isn't easy for the customer.
With a streaming service, you just connect your box to the TV and download the YTTV app. You can set a box at as many locations as you please, stop service or start service with a few mouse clicks.
Having to deal with customer service reps, install techs, and all that garbage is for the birds.

Nope. Doesn't have to be same zip code. Accounts just need to be logged in to home location once every 90 days.

Interesting. I haven't found it a pain at all. My parents live away from me. I have logged their account into my roku YTTV app in my Roku at my house. I am the primary account holder. Once a month, I open the YTTV app and select their profile. Let it sit on a live channel for 10 sec, then go back to my profile and watch like normal.
What hassles were you having?
