How do I get YouTube TV to work overseas with a VPN?

I have Nord VPN. At times I have to change the US VPN location and it eventually works on my iPhone or Macbook Air. Currently, I can't get the iPhone to let YT TV to work. It either picks up that I'm out of country and/or that I am using a VPN and tells me to turn the VPN off.
How can I get YT TV to work every time? Also, is there anyway to get the major networks to work? I know that YouTube TV states to log on at home every three months to keep it active or something like that.
Google searches say that all I need is a VPN, but that doesn't do the trick.
Any help would be appreciated.

YouTube TV is only available in the United States. Straight from the YouTube TV help icon.

Get someone to host you a private VPN from a house in the USA. It is more likely their AI wont interpret a single user from a single IP as a VPN.

Raspberry Pi with a wireguard VPN server at your or a friend's house in the US.

Did you try turning off Location Services on ur iPhone or Mac ? As for NordVPN im reading that that is one of the VPNs that usually works well with YouTube TV .
