How to get in touch with Suddenlink?

My cable (internet and tv) has gone down and I would like to speak with someone at Suddenlink. None of my friends are down but the tech support line has a recording saying “a lot of people are down. Too bad so sad. Have a nice day”.

Download the app and reported outages in your area will show under Services section. What number did you call? 844.790.7475 was the first I saw, but 888.822.5151 was given for customer care agent in the troubleshooter.
The Contact Us links bring me to a blank page with “free installation with online order” or something similar. Suddenlink customer service fricking sucks.
