Just got the Lifeproof Fre case for iPhone 8+ in the mail and installed it and there's some bubble under the screen protector that I can't seem to get rid of. Looks more like an oil slick than an air bubble, but still annoying. Tried wiping the phone and inside of the case down really good with the cloth that came inside the case packaging and tried wiping down with a damp cloth but can't seem to get it to go away. Anybody else dealt with this or have other ideas?

Use a steak knife to gouge out the hole, then use a credit card to get the bubble out.. then put scotch tape over the hole

If a bubble forms on the tape, do the same process over again, this time, on top of the tape

***please don’t use a steak knife on your phone

The standard advice on bubbles is scrape with a credit card to get the air from beneath the screen.
