PlayStation Vue vs Directv Now video quality

I have Vue and DTV Now and was curious if anyone has seen a difference in picture quality? I have an OLED tv and for example, the iPhone commercial where the phone floats into a black screen in the beginning on Vue it is pixelated, but on DTV Now it is deep black without any pixelation. Has anyone else noticed this?
I like Vue better, but DTV Now has better picture quality. Has anyone noticed similar on any other streaming services? YouTube tv, Philo, Sling, etc..

I know that Philo has a few channels in 4K but they’re limited to special events from what I know. Also 4K through internet is unbelievably compressed that I’d doubt many people would see the difference between 4K and 1080p when it’s in terms of DTVNow vs Philo vs PSVue vs Hulu love tv vs YouTube tv.
I actually don’t know the answer to this question but I think YouTube tv and Hulu live tv do most if not all channels in 60fps. That’ll be a bigger difference than 4K, in my opinion.

You can't judge by commercials. Many services reduce stream quality for commercials.

Ive had both but when I run PSvue on my actual PS4 the picture quality is unmatched for a streaming service.

I’ve had PSVue for 2 years now, but have recently noticed a dip in the quality of some of my football streams.
I’m about to swap out my Roku 3 in the living room for a new Roku HD or my 4K Apple TV from our bedroom to that TV to see if there is a difference. Because I’ve never had issues with PSVue and when I watch on 27” computer monitor in my office the stream is crystal clear

I watch mainly sports and the quality on Vue is amazing.
I am using a PS4, but also use fire TV in the bedroom and do notice the ui looks and acts different at times, but the pic quality is good on that too.

It isn’t on commercials only. I have narrowed it down to the Apple TV. I’m watching it now on a fire tv and all deep blacks without pixelation so something must be going on with the Apple TV app. It can’t be an hdmi cable or setting issue since DTVNow doesn’t suffer the same issue.

I have tried Hulu, Fubo and now DTNow and last night the show I was watching got knocked off and I got an error message to check connection. My connection was fine.
I noticed SpectrumTV and they had a 20 buck a month price. They are notorious for ripping you off after contract. It said 21 a year for three years.
Any review on Spectrum TV? They are only now getting up and running with streaming in my area.
