Samsung TV SLOW response to volume up and down

Has anyone else experienced this?
We have a Samsung smart SUHD tv 65"
The volume up and volume down is suddenly so slow to respond. You have to hit volume button rapidly like 10 times before it finally moves one level.
Channel up and down still works normal.
Anyone know a cause or fix for this?

Yes, mine does this. I normally have to hit the power button many times to get it to turn off the TV. It isn't just volume for me, but source, etc.. After it comes back on, it works fine.
I did an online chat with support last week and they told me to take the battery cover off the back and press the reset button on it and it should resolve it. I haven't gotten around to try it yet

I just got off the phone with customer support. They had me do the battery removal reset. Didn't work.
They accessed my tv and completely reset it as new tv setup. Now it works perfectly
