Universal Remote for Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick?

Any recommendations for a universal remote? Recently cut the cord and I don't have a ton of inputs just TV, soundbar, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire Stick. We would like to consolidate all our remotes, especially because the Apple and Amazon remotes are so small and tend to get lost.
Am I correct that the Fire Stick is not compatible with most universal remotes because its not IR? Can y'all recommend a universal remote for under $100?

Fire stick remote operates via blue tooth I believe.

I haven't figured out a way to get my apple tv to work with my Harmony Ultimate Home remote. You may be S.O.L. with this.

Were you able to find it in the list of devices? I had a hell of a time with my Roku boxes until I finally found them under DVRs.

The Apple TV 4 Siri Remote is Bluetooth, but the ATV still supports IR for most functions, the major exception being the remote's new Home button, Siri, and touchpad gestures.
The Fire TV stick is Bluetooth only, no IR, but it is possible to use adb to gain IP control. I do this with my PC, WMC receiver, and Autohotkey to get IR control, which is way too complicated to get into here. The downside is that the latency is terrible, and the supplied remote is much more performant. That said, it's quite usable while watching shows, and it's mainly frustrating when I want to quickly navigate around the stick's UI, for which I will often pick up the supplied remote.
For the life of me, I don't understand why companies like Apple and Amazon don't publish IP (and IR) protocols for these devices. Amazon actually encrypts the IP communication, so you can't just sniff it with Wireshark or something to reverse engineer and send IP commands directly instead of through the slow adb.
I have no idea if there are Bluetooth-capable universal remotes, and I'm too invested in IR and my favorite remote anyway.

Common problem with the ATV3 for sure. I don't know about the new gen. But google it- you need to go to the "remotes" section in the AppleTV and tell it to pair with the new one (Harmony).

Logitech 650 was 60 in amazon the other day. I found the Harmony smart remote for the same price on sale so I pulled the trigger on it. Both work with all your devices for sure except for the firestick but there is a list on logitech website. Happy w my harmony so far (2 days).

You can use your iPhone as a remote for Apple TV and Fire Stick.

That's the one. It was on sale on Woot last week, doesn't look like it's there any more sorry. It was new on best buy for the same price the week before, too, so you may want to wait and look for another deal. eBay has similar prices if not.
