Viewing HEIC Files in Windows Explorer..

Guess this is the right forum?
Anyway, I've had a 'Droid phone and used Google Photos for ages. Recently switched to an iPhone. Have it set to load off camera to Google Photos. Can see them fine there. When I download them to the PC, you can view the images like a .jpg file for example. Not sure I want to get into having to convert/download lots of pictures.
Any suggestions?

If your on a work computer and the windows store is blocked, save the file to your cloud storage drive (OneDrive, DropBox). Right click the saved file and select View Online.
