Not my normal airline , but had a trip booked with them last summer. Had to cancel and my credits expire May 9. Their website sucks so, do I have to use credits before that date or just book before? Any chance of an extension? Everything I have found is no dice on an extension.

I'm sure it would be book by then and use those credits to pay.But I don't know for sure. Usually there is some fine print that would say.

You are supposed to book and travel by the expiration date on the credit. However I think if you book a trip on the credit and cancel that trip before using it the credit is extended on the new trip.

If it's a flight credit, you have to travel by the expiration date.

Expires

Travel must begin 1 year from the date of issue.

Also,

We will not extend or reissue past the expiration date. Invalid or expired Flight Credit will not be honored.
