We will be in Gatlinburg that week and trying to figure out the least crowded day to go. I know Friday and Saturday will be crowded so it’s either Wednesday before Thanksgiving or the Sunday after.

I was think the Sunday after as a lot of people might be leaving to go home that day.

Sunday should be fine, people will be on their way out and you will just be with mostly the locals.

we did two years ago.
It wasn't too crowded, but the lines for some of the kids rides were ridiculous. I think we went on Monday or Tuesday.

We went during Thanksgiving week, I believe Tuesday and, although crowded, it wasn't too bad. Hopefully going back during Thanksgiving week this year too.

We went for thanksgiving week last year. I think we did Dollywood on Mon and Tuesday.

It was crowded but nothing ridiculous. I wouldn't stress.
