Going on a bachelor party 2nd week in September and staying on the beach at Mission Beach near La Jolla/San Diego. We are looking for any suggestions on things to do, places to eat, and any other type of recommendations.
Itinerary So Far:
Padres vs Dodgers game
Gaslamp District 1 Night
Thanks in advance.

I love SD but honestly never thought about it at all for a bachelor party destination.
There's a lot of military stuff nearby. So definitely do the USS Midway museum on the ship, that is 100% worth it for that group.
Go out to the Hotel Del Coronado one day/night and hang out at the hotel, on the boardwalk and beach, have drinks, dinner there etc
Definitely go out in the Gaslamp one night

My favorite place to hang around in LaJolla is La Valencia hotel. Atmospheric terrace bar overlooking the ocean. May be too sedate for a bachelor party but that is my La Jolla answer.
In San Diego we like going to the Gaslamp Quarter. Lots of good restaurants and bars there.

My buddy lives in Orange County and they go all the time to Rosarita, Mexico. You cross the border and go southwest around TJ.
It’s a beach town known for amazing lobster.
Sit on the beach drink and eat like a king for $50. We’re gonna go next time I’m down there.

Play Torrey Pines
The Crack Shack if you like fried chicken and people watching.
Duke’s in La Jolla is a cool place to eat in the evening. Tell them you want to sit outside.
Balboa Park is cool if you need a break from partying.

Breakfast at Morning Glory in Little Italy

In Mission/Pacific Beach, be sure to eat breakfast at Woody's. I like Miss B's Coconut Club for cocktails a block or so off the beach. There's a good Spanish restaurant called Costa Brava that's a short drive away. Just south of you in Ocean Beach is Pizza Port for beer and pizza.
Rent a bicycle and ride around Mission Bay, or rent a kayak and paddle around a bit. Belmont Park can be fun - there's an old wooden roller coast with great views before the plunge.
