Headed to the 30A in a couple weeks and have a long drive ahead. Me and the SO was road tripping it for a week and was looking for somewhere to stop for a couple days halfway to split up the trip.

New Orleans or Biloxi would be a better time? I’m familiar with NO but is there anything in Biloxi besides casino?

Baton Rouge area would be ideal, but the only thing I could think of was maybe a bed and breakfast and tour a couple plantations.

There is literally nothing in Biloxi. You could make an argument for Ocean Springs, MS which has some charm. Biloxi is a shite hole.

Bay St Louis over Biloxi; it's about 45 minutes outside N.O.

Stop in BSL. Old Towne Inn if you can.

We live there, and are in Old Seagrove now...only a few hours drive.

NO vs MS Coast? NO. Pick a neighborhood or area of the city you haven't visited much and find stuff to do there (restaurants, shops, etc).

And you're an hour further away, if not more depending on the high rise.

This^^ is an idiot and don't take that seriously. Biloxi has as much as anywhere else on the MS gulf coast. Different good eating restaurants can be found elsewhere, but the best casino resorts are in Biloxi, along with the Jefferson Davis museum, Mary Mahoneys and ballpark. Also, Ocean Springs is just across the bridge.

Biloxi has very little. You can gamble or hang out at a resort pool. Outlets in Gulfport. Stare at a gross beach.
