Breakfast in Fredericksburg, Texas?

We will be spending two nights in Fredericksburg next week. We'll eat at Otto's the first night, and then at the Hill Top Cafe the second. We're staying at a BnB, and could fix our own breakfast, but can anyone recommend a cafe where we can get a good breakfast? TIA

Sunset Grill is pretty good but it’s just kind of your average diner/café.
Agree on the German Bakery

I’m here at Hilda’s this morning while Mrs. Sausage is getting a massage at the Albert as a surprise.
Yep, this lady is wearing spurs.
Huevos con chorizo for me this morning after a tad too much wine last night. It’s FBerg. Simple homemade Mexican food breakfast with homemade flour tortillas. They do a brisk breakfast taco to go business.
Edit: just drove past Ole German Bakery and its line going down the sidewalk. No breakfast is worth waiting in that. That place was great 20 yrs ago.

Haven’t had it but Alamo Springs Cafe is doing breakfast. Pretty basic from the looks of the menu. One of the new owners is or maybe was associated with the Flores mini chain in Austin. Never had a bad meal at Flores. Reviews since their re-opening are very good.

We split a cheeseburger and fries from Pecan Grove Store for lunch and then had our normal Saturday night dinner of Prometheus Pizza. Great light pizza that goes well with Texas wine.

Rathskeller is very good, Sunset doesn't impress me much. I think they do breakfast at the airport.

It’s not really a sit down restaurant with a full menu, but everything at Hill Country Kolaches on Main St. is delicious.

They do make fine kolaches.
