I have the below on the list, maybe not to do all of it but on the list to look at and choose from. Anything else I need to add?

What are the best bars for both mid day and evening drinks?

We've got access to a charter boat through a friend and are going fishing one day and a "booze cruise" another day where we check out the arches and stuff.

Going golfing one day.

We'll prob do Flora Farms and RosaNegra for 2 of the dinners.

Food places on the list

Taqueria El Gran Pastor
Guss Tacos
Los Tres Gallos
Maria Corona
Outpost
Daikoku
RosaNegra
Nicksan Cabo
Flora Farms
The Office
Ediths

Bars/drinks (need more recs)

Mango Deck

Other sites & activities

The Sand Bar
Lovers Beach
Rooftop 360

That’s a good list, dude

Rooftop 360 is a bar
The Viceroy and Thompson (hotels) both have pretty solid bars with solid eye candy

Check out Casa Martin… awesome food and awesome views

Looks like a cool place, would you recommend maybe doing that place for lunch before the flora farms dinner and just staying around that area between lunch and dinner? If so any other recs on this to do around that area between lunch and dinner?

Flora Farms gets all the mentions...but Acre is an upscale similar atmosphere if you want to be uppity!!

Acre is one our favorite Cabo stops every time we are there!

Flora farms …you definitely want to do lunch, it takes a short while to drive there and back if you are staying in Cabo

Casa Martin is awesome at night time, different vibe in the restaurant

Gotcha, so if we do Flora Farms for lunch do you have any recommendations for the area around Casa Martin to do for the day rather than going back and forth to the marina area?

Flora Farms is awesome. Food is good and great atmosphere. RosaNegra is one of the weirder spots I’ve ever been. It’s nice and food is decent, but overpriced. But you’re sitting in what you think is a steakhouse type joint then the lights go out and house music comes on when someone buys a bottle. Bizarre experience. I went for a bachelor party so we thought it was hilarious, but it’s weird

We would just start here everyday and then walk around if we wanted to do something else. I don’t think you really need an itinerary if this is what you are doing. And you can generally get in the water where it’s located

For golf, for one round I’d recommend Cabo del Sol. It’s not the best course in Cabo, but the experience is awesome. Free food and drinks all over the course, and the food is actually really really good

Was outstanding. Don't let the location fool you.

Do you scuba dive? If so, Cabo is one of my favorite spots. Tons of wildlife and also diving in the surge where the Pacific and the Gulf of California at the Arch at Land's End is fun. The surge takes you forward and backwards and you're just along for the ride.

Also deep sea fishing. I've gone with RedRum in the past.

You need to plan a return trip one day to dive around Cabo. Cousteau called the area "the World's Aquarium" and it's true. More wildlife than I've ever seen diving anywhere else.

we enjoyed:

Tacos Gardenias - cheap awesome tacos and ice cold beer without a crowd of douchebags.

Salvatore's - yep, italian in mexico. Small little courtyard with fantastic lasagna and osso bucco.

My wife's favorite: El Farallon. At the Waldorf on the cliff. .

This “nice steakhouse” pricing ($200-300) for a couple to have an app, two mains, and a drink or 2?

When we went it was $300 for a shared salad, trio of ceviches, then pick 6 proteins varying from lobster, various fish to steak. I’m sure it’s more now, but it’s still an awesome view and the food was excellent.

It’s a pre-fixe menu that changes very regularly

If you’re wanting a very memorable dining experience with amazing food and excellent service I would definitely check it out.

Last time we ate there, somebody at the Waldorf Astoria right next-door paid for a personal fireworks show that everybody in the restaurant got to watch, it was right there on the beach and pretty damn awesome

They have a little waiting area they put you in until your table is ready…. it’s a champagne bar, that can get very expensive very quickly if you drink some of their higher end of champagne, so be careful!

but make reservations because it fills up very far in advance

Yeah I checked their site and there seems to be plenty of openings when we're there (mid-june) but I still plan on booking within the next couple of days.
