Key West Must Do Activities

Wife (no pics) and I are heading to Key West for a long weekend at the end of the month. We've been 4-5 times and have experienced Mallory Square, all that Duval has to offer, Sunset Key beach, Sunset at Lattitudes, snorkeling and Kayak eco tour etc.
Any activities that are must-do that we've been missing out on? Jet Ski tour? Private boat charter? We tend to do that same things on most of those trips and was wondering if we're missing something.
TIA

Id love to see one of these tiny arse deer.
Eat rock crab claws.
That’s all I’ve got.

Watch the sunset on the roof of the La Concha Hotel. If you want to get adventurous go to the clothing optional bar called the Garden of Eden on top of the Bull. They usually do body painting up there. Dinner at 7 fish is awesome, and if you like Cuban hit El Sibboney. The snorkeling and kayaking tours are pretty cool. We kayaked the mangroves, that was incredible.

I lived there for a bit.
Go jump off the bridge at MM17. Have you been to Hogfish Grill? If not, go there and get a Hogfish sandwich. Rent a boat and go to the Boca Chica sand bar. Go walk around Fort Zach Taylor and go to the beach there. Check out the Florida Keys Eco Discovery Center. The Key West Garden Club at West Martello fort. Lord, if you haven't been to the Dry Tortugas you definitely need to go. Jet ski tours are usually fun but they tend to haul arse and it can be pretty rough once you get in the Atlantic. Go on a calm day if you decide to do one.

I enjoyed the butterfly exhibit. Surely didn’t enjoy watching those gay guys riding bikes in their underwear. That was weird.

Agree w Hogfish Grill, lots of locals.
Rent bikes, go to the cemetery....it’s an interesting, quirky graveyard.
Tour Ft East Martello, a civil war era fortification, home to the creepy Robert doll, a Key West legend.
