You may want to try Rules. It’s not a steakhouse per se but old school london eatery with steaks and chops.

Hawksmoor. There are three locations downtown. Picadilly is the best geographical location but Guildhall is probably my favorite.

Rules is my favorite restaurant in London. They have steak, but it is more than just a steakhouse. It is a beautiful and historic restaurant with a great bar upstairs.
