Going to Louisville for my bachelor party next month. We have Churchill Downs and the bourbon trail on the list. Any other recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc.?

If they open bars Hell or High Water and Against the Grain brewery are two great spots.

The Louisville slugger museum is legit interesting.
And you can make a personalized bat that can even say "so and so bachelor party 2021" on it.

Go to Jack Frye’s for dinner.
Check out O’Sheas in the Highlands. Really fun bar.

If you have a car, go across the river to Red Yeti in Jeffersonville one night. It's a low key bar/grill with really good food.
I second the Jeff Ruby's idea, it's a heck of a steak.
Where are yall staying? Galt House is a very dated spot but right downtown. If your group is younger and trying to save a buck it's got a good location for lower cost. If you've got some extra cheddar laying around, the Brown is a famous old hotel and the place where the Hot Brown sandwich was invented. Have lunch there one day, it's very good.

Staying at an AirBnb on Main St. I believe. I will definitely check out Jeff Ruby’s and all the others mentioned. Thank y’all!
