New Ciao bag from Costco - perfect for Spirit

For those who fly Spirit...
Last year Spirit changed their Free Personal Item dimensions from (16 x 14 x 12) to (18 x 14 x 8) and the old Ciao bag from Costco no longer qualified as a free personal item. Well not only have the good folks at Costco have come out with a new bag that fits within their new dimensions, but it can expand also. The bag is (15 x 13.5 x 8) regular form and (22 x 13.5 x 8) evolved form
$29.99

people and their damn carry ons. takes longer to get off the plane. you have to carry (roll) it around all day. longer wait in tsa line. we are moving in the direction of all bags riding in the top part of the plane and the people will be crammed where the bags go.
people with suitcase carry ons
just pay the $25 and check your frickin bag

I'd put some of this blame on the airlines
They could do away with checked bag fees or at least allow you to check a small bag with no fee, yet they won't let go of that revenue.
There is also a lot of conevenience to carrying on, especially not having to wait at baggage claim.
I fly southwest, so if I'm not in a hurry, I'll check my carry on sized bag just to not have to deal with it.

Sorry bro, but I thoroughly enjoy beating the entire plane through customs and saving an hour of my time.

i this case it would be worth it.
i just had to vent/melt my frustrations from flying last week. this thread seemed like an acceptable place.

F that. I, like most others here probably, can check bags for free and I still do everything I can to not check one. There's nothing I hate more than standing around a baggage carousel with a bunch of damn people, waiting for a bag (hoping it made it) and then racing others to get out of there.
Now, I do understand the hate for those people that spend forever trying to cram their bag in the bin, then forever trying to get it back out, etc. Drives me nuts.
