Looking for advice on places to eat, trails to hike, easy bike trails, just things to do in general in NW Arkansas in mid July. It’s going to be me, the wife, 2 kids. 15 yo girl and 11 yo boy. We’ll be staying in either Bentonville, Rogers or Bella Vista.
We’ll spend a day in Eureka Springs.

Any of those towns will be fine to stay in, Bella Vista is a bedroom community.
Food:
Tusk and Trotter
8th Street market
Pedalers pub
Table Mesa
Pressroom
The Rail
Levi's
21c or Preachers son if looking for nice restaurants
The bike trails around downtown Bentonville are beginner and some at Hobbs State park.
I'd recommend floating one day (ordered least trashy people to most):
Kings River
Illinois River
Elk (only float during the week).
The Buffalo is a fairly long drive if staying in Bentonville/Rogers.
The Momentary is another museum near downtown Bentonville

I have a full day/night in Eureka Springs and Little Rock in mid July as well.
Piggybacking on his request, if anyone has any must do/eats in either let me know.
Thanks

I would stay in Fayetteville. Hugo’s is a must.

Long story but we are pretty locked in to those two cities(Eureka and Little Rock).
Technically, anything within about a 7.5 drive of nola we could go to instead of Little Rock after Eureka.

Northwest Arkansas Naturals AA minor league baseball team is in Springdale, next door to Bentonville.

People have covered a lot of the food. I'll hit hiking and biking:
You can rent from a variety of places, but if you're wanting mountain bikes, I would probably call and get bikes reserved early. Phat Tire has a large rental fleet, but there are lots of rental places around Bentonville. E-bikes are great if you're not in awesome shape as well.
Most people are going to put you on All American trail, which is fantastic as it runs along the Greenway and has a lot of features. This means you can bounce on and off the dirt trail. The more adventurous can hit the j umps and such while the less adventurous can stay on the paved greenway. Please ride within your limits and wear a helmet. People get carted off in an ambulance daily who ride outside their ability level and "Just send it." Another fun area for the kids (and adults), if they're really enjoying the biking is the Railyard in Rogers. Paved flow and jump lines that are progressive and allow people to advance pretty quickly from easiest to harder. It also has lights, so it's a fun nighttime activity. Downtown Rogers is also a good place for food and drink and the Lake Atalanta paved and dirt trails that run behind railyard are great for hiking or biking.
Other good hiking spots would be Blowing Springs Park in Bella Vista and Tanyard Creek in Bella Vista. If you want to hit a local "swimming hole" check out Blue Hole in Bella Vista. Water may be low in July, though. But that's where my kid and his friends all go swim after a long day of riding.
If either of the kids are REALLY loving mountain biking, you can do downhill shuttle laps at Lake Leatherwood in Eureka Springs. You pay 25 bucks, and a van runs you to the top of the hill all day long and picks you up at the bottom. Good times.
Climb Bentonville is an awesome indoor rock climbing gym as well. Thaden Field and the nearby Osage Park are good attractions. Bentonvile puts a ton of money into promoting family tourism, and they've paid for a ton of YouTubers to bring their families there and do experience videos. Here are a few that might give you some ideas:
Nick Troutman and his family (not bike centric): LINK
Eric Porter's family (pretty bike-centric):

If you don't like videos, this is a pretty decent written guide:

I can help - solo, couple or family?

That would be great. We are a Couple.

Drive over to the Mountain Home area and go to Blanchard Springs Caverns.

Sorry to hijack, but I didn't want to clutter with a similar question. I'm going through next Wednesday and plan to get to Eureka around lunch and will stay the night.
Any suggestions on where to stay and things to do with a family of 4, kids are both under 5. Thanks!

Ok, things to do as a couple in Little Rock.
Outdoors
It will likely be hot as hell in mid-July, but assuming you're from/live in Louisiana, you're used to that.
Pinnacle Mountain is a great hike with amazing views. All you'll need is a bottle of water. About 20 minute drive from downtown.
If you're staying downtown, there's an extensive walking/biking trail around the river. There are bikes available to rent in the River Market area.
If you're here on a Saturday, the farmer's market is in the River Market.
Museums
Clinton Library
Central High Historic Site
Restaurants
Alsopp & Chappell is the hot restaurant downtown for a fancier date night
Under the radar place downtown is Buenos Aires - great mojitos, empanadas (get the pulled flank) and steaks
The Root Cafe has a great breakfast (and is in the SoMa area with quirky shops and Loblolly ice cream shop)
Petit & Keet, if you'd prefer a west LR place
Heights Taco & Tamale gets you into the upscale Heights neighborhood (but it's not fancy)
Three fold (dumplings and noodles)
Breweries (not my strong suit)
Lost40
Flyway (technically in NLR right across the river)
Not a brewery but Rock Town Distillery is in the SoMa area and gives tours/has a tasting room.
Other
Dust bowl lanes
If you have other interests, let me know and I'll rack my brain.

Haven't been to Eureka since I had kids, but definitely go to Turpentine Creek animal rescue. B&Bs are dominant in Eureka, but only some are kid friendly. Crescent Hotel might have some kid activities.
Sorry I'm not more help on that one.

Well, you just planned my day/night in Little Rock. Hitting pinnacle mountain, lost 40 and have reservations at Aleppo. If we have time May hit the bikes as well. We are going to stay at Capital Hotel. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks. Checking out both. Hitting leatherwood hike trail after unless you have a better recommendation.

One of my favorite hotels anywhere - not just LR. Enjoy!

Tips on Pinnacle - get there early to avoid heat and parking problems (particularly on weekends). Take the west summit trail (unless you're looking for a real workout, then take the east summit trail)
