No masking as of this month for NCL. No recent test results either. I’m headed to Alaska in May. I’d say mid summer it’ll be removed.

Cruise ships took a lot of bad regulatory and PR hits they didn't deserve. No surprise they are behind other industries.

End of year.
Places like Grand Turk have just started accepting visitors and Grand Cayman is starting in a couple of weeks.
Those places are mandating that ships calling have a certain percentage of cruisers vaxxed.
That's going to have to relax first.
Or you may see "vax" and "vax not required" itenary that visit different ports. I could see that happening by mid summer.
Will probably be end of year before full lifting.

Never. The cruise companies have realized it keeps almost all of the trash out.

hopefully soon as my wife wants to take the kids on a Disney Cruise next year

Personally, I'm happy that everyone on my cruise this summer will be vaxxed. It contributes to my peace of mind that a large outbreak onboard is less likely.

Child vax rates aren't that great from what I can gather. You'd think that would be affecting margins for them.
