Wineries in Franschhoek, South Africa

Curious if anyone has been to Franschhoek and had a winery or two they would recommend? I'll be in Cape Town with a friend in March and we are doing two days in Franschhoek (skipping Stellenbosch). Right now we have the following planned and looking to add one or two more:
Haut Cabriere
Mont Rochele
Leeu Passant
Rickety Bridge
Appreciate any insights on here, or Cape Town if you have them!

Only been to Stellenbosch.
Take the Blue Train if you have the time.
Hike Table Mountain
See the penguins at the Cape of Good Hope.

Stellenbosch only here too.
We caught a rugby match which was awesome. Fans are as fun as the game. They love to explain the sport if you’re not familiar with the rules.
The beach is beautiful tho the water is frickin cold. The beach we hit had a boardwalk with lots of bars & food. Local beers are good. Get some boerewors ( sausage). All of the food we ate was fantastic. If you go to a steak place they’ll have lots of game options.
Cape Town has a harbor with lots of places to eat, bars, pubs etc. live music at some.
Sorry, we went with expats who showed us around so didn’t have to bother with plans, names of places, directions.
Cape Town is beautiful. The people are friendly. Exchange rate is amazing. Every place accepted credit cards.
ETA- if Franschhoek is like Stellenbosch, you can’t go wrong with any.

I've been to Franschhoek. I think of those four I went to Haute Cabriere. Good spot.
Unfortunately I was tasting on a Sunday which meant many were closed and I had a list longer than I had time.
Chamonix was OK. Dieu Donne has a good Ostrich meal and views.
Ate at a fancy restaurant there, it may be in my pinned thread at top. I did a pretty exhausting review.
ETA: all the info is in my pinned thread. The restaurant was Le Petite Colombe

Haut was awesome, had a great lunch there too. Visited Delaire Graff but that is Stellenbosch, but it was also a great spot. Hard to go wrong out there honestly. Went to dinner at La Petite Colombe in Franschhoek and it was fantastic. The grounds at La Petite were very nice as well as I believe they have some wineries on site, but we did not visit them.
Cape Town has really good bar spots along the beaches in Camps Bay. Rooftop of the Silo Hotel was cool, but you'll need to make a reservation for that. Belly of the Beast was a solid restaurant, its a surprise 6 course menu and everything we had was great.
