Quick Sedona trip

I’ve found some older Sedona threads that are jam packed with good info.
But can anyone provide some guidance for a quick 2 day stay? Wife has a meeting in Scottsdale that I will fly in on final day to meet her. We’ll drive up to Sedona on Tuesday afternoon.
We will have 2 full days there on a Wednesday and Thursday. We leave and fly home on Friday.
Any advice for a quick full 2 day stop? Nice quality places to stay? Things to prioritize? Anything from relaxing spa time to any-level hiking. I’d like to do Cathedral Rock and Devils Bridge at a minimum one day. Some things may just have to wait for later date with more vacation days.

We stayed at the Hilton Sedona, it was ok for just couple days. Try right now to book a dinner at Mariposa....just damn good.
On the way back if you have time we drove through Cottonwood and ate lunch at Colt 804 Grill. It was really good and had really good drinks as well.
If you want a great view you can do the Pink Jeep tour up Schnebly road, but it is bumpy as hell!

Airport loop trail is a pretty easy trail with some greats views if you’re only there for 2 days. Cathedral rock and bell rock are great but tend to be crowded. Chapel of the holy cross is also worth visiting and shouldn’t take too long. Tlaquepaque art village at night has a few good restaurants for dinner and drinks after a long day of hiking.

If it was a quick trip, I'd suggest looking at a place to stay ion the village of oak creek. It's on the southern end of sedona close to bell rock.
I'd spend one day with an early morning departure and a early hike up in the canyon (thomas point, sterling pass, etc) and maybe stop at slide rock state park or grasshopper point. Lunch somewhere in town, shopping at Tlaquepaque then maybe a late afternoon hike at the airport or cathedral rock.

Do Cathedral Rock first thing in the morning. The parking lot is pretty small and it gets really crowded. And just a heads up, there is some rock scrambling on the Cathedral Rock trail, so wear good hiking shoes. We saw several people unprepared for it turn back. It’s only a small section of the trail, but for an inexperienced hiker it may be intimidating as it is a somewhat steep cliff face.

We went 2 years ago. One thing that was cool was watching the sun set at the airport overlook.
And one night we ate at Mariposa which was a great meal. After that we drove out to the middle of nowhere and parked after the sun went down. I had rented a truck so we laid down in the bed and relaxed for about 20 minutes in the dark. After that your eyes adjust to the dark without any city lights. The views of the Milky Way was something I had never seen before. It was stunning to me. A little creepy being the only people out there but very cool.

In response to a few of the other replies:
There is now a Colt Grill in the Village of Oak Creek, so no need to go to Cottonwood!
There is now a Shuttle Service for a few of the more popular trailheads (SedonaShuttle.com) - be sure to check it out, especially if you are planning on hiking Cathedral, Soldiers Pass, or Devil's Bridge.
Cathedral Rock is currently closed (the upper part of the trail to the saddle) for Forest Service construction - just a heads up. I believe construction is set to wrap up by April 30th.
Elote Cafe is fantastic, but reservations are hard to come by - you might get lucky, or you can always try calling day-of for cancellations.

Indian Gardens is a great place to eat. It's north of town by a few miles.

I second the Elote recommendation. They book out months in advance but if you call right when they open you may be able to get a table for that night. It’s a can’t miss meal.
