Horseshoe Bend is a must, I also recommend eating at either Birdhouse or Big John’s BBQ in Page. Lunch at one and supper at the other if you have time. Before you get out of Flagstaff heading to Page, make sure your tank is full and you have plenty of road snacks because there is not much between th...

Estes park, RMNP, sounds like you’ll be close to FoCo, there’s plenty to do there. If you’re ok with making the trip steamboat springs is a must, I recommend the strawberry springs if you go there but you have to have a res. Boulder is pretty nice as well, if you are into hiking, the flatirons i...
I would make the majority of your dining reservations for breakfast. It sucks having to get up early to make it, but then you have the rest of your day and you don’t have to worry about planning around a character lunch or supper. If you rent a stroller I recommend Kingdom Strollers in Orlando. ...

re: Crested Butte Lodging Question

We stayed in the town and rode the free shuttle everyday to the mountain, we were only about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. They have a ski valet and lockers at the base of the mountain so there is no need to carry your stuff back and forth each day on the shuttle. Just about all the dining option...

If you go to Zion look into stopping at Snow Canyon State Park in St. George. They have a few pretty good trails that don’t take all that long. ...

Wife and I just made this trip in late June, I highly recommend. We flew into Detroit and drove up to Mackinac. I advise to take the ferry out of St. Ignace rather than mackinac city, ( Take Shepplers) the boat far less crowded going out of SI. We stayed at mission point which was pretty nice. It wa...

My wife and I stayed at theWIT this past weekend. It was first time in the city and I was pleased. Close to all the touristy spots ( Mag Mile, River walk, navy pier, Gino’s east). Heard there is also a decent bar on the top floor of the hotel unfortunately didn’t get to check it out. But as far as l...

re: TSA Pre-check

Absolutely, wife and I flew out of Nola the day before Ida hit. Airport was max capacity, TSA line was as long as I’ve ever seen. Only reason we didn’t miss the flight was because I had pre check (TWIC) she was able to get in the regular line and I checked the bags and went through pre check line. W...

Airport loop trail is a pretty easy trail with some greats views if you’re only there for 2 days. Cathedral rock and bell rock are great but tend to be crowded. Chapel of the holy cross is also worth visiting and shouldn’t take too long. Tlaquepaque art village at night has a few good restaurants fo...
