28 hours Rapid City, SD back to NOLA area. Doesn't fit in a single day, but it was a contiguous journey.
NEVER AGAIN!

Longest awake was 40 hours straight in the Air Force.
Did at least 36 hours standing watch straight.
Enough to get from NOLA to Mobile at 3 knots.
Allegedly

Atlanta to Texarkana and back to Atlanta in a Kenworth W900 with my dog Fred. We had to make the trip fast because of a deadline, so we were harassed by cops the entire trip for speeding, etc.
It was a tough trip.

One way? Probably BR to Orlando or Tallahassee.
Round trip? I have done BR to Hattiesburg and back in the same day a lot which is about 350-400 miles depending on stops.
Weird route? BR to bumfrick outside of Lafayette then roundabout back through Lafayette and up into the middle of the state to come out to Natchez.
Vacations and custody swaps are responsible for a lot of the bad drives, though a mix of my wife getting paid massive holiday overtime then a custody swap was responsible for one of those.
Edit - Oh, I forgot the really bad one. Must have blocked it out.
Zachary to western North Carolina on Christmas Day, including detours through the greater Jackson area for stops.
I cracked by the end of the night between driving through a national forest in the dark and trying to find my way around a mountain to our VRBO at midnight.

Did it straight through a couple of time - 20 hrs - Glenwood Springs CO to Lafayette coming back from elk hunts, but we took turns driving.
Longest solo - made the trip many times from Lafayette to Bloomington IL when I used to work / live there in 90s - ~ 13 hrs
