I tried to buy a lawn mower from a “dealer” last year. They added over $400 in fees and requested that I pay for the $300 mulching kit up front prior to them ordering the kit. I left and bought the same Bad Boy mower at Tractor Supply and saved about $500.
It will only be normal if people continue to pay it.
