Maybe you should call Walmart. Or Walgreens. Or CVS.

Just find a new doctor. I know you said you have an appt with someone new. Dr. Jacob Wood is at BR General and an endocrinologist. I can personally recommend.

CVS told me that I needed physician approval. I don’t think my insurance is the problem.

But then again no one tells me what the issue is when I get a response.

Weird, the one near where I live are the most hospitable pharmacists I've ever met

After I take my medication I just grab some snacks and go home

Call your doctor. Or at least the on call doc in their practice. Have them call in a script at whatever pharmacy near you is open tomorrow.

If your blood sugar is over 400 you need to get to urgent care at a minimum, you not wanting to do that suggests you are non compliant and probably why your Dr cut you off
Get to urgent care or ER now

You're missing the point. He rescheduled an appointment for a "life saving medicine," presumably at the last minute.

I schedule eye exams at least six weeks before I need more contacts, because I'm not a fricking moron. If something else was more important than OP's "life saving medicine," then that sounds like a personal problem.
