Anything related to recruiting, it seems to really be in flux with all the recent changes.

I think it would be fun to help create the schedules for the sports. I know conference games will be set by league, but calling and doing non conference schedules would be pretty cool, and working with the head coaches to get it to their liking and such

Chief of Staff/General Manager after the entire GBFTL operation is moved to the Athletic Department.
* Hire a "Marching Band Nick Saban Director and Staff.
* Increase membership to 350-400.
* All Brass and Percussion. (Sorry woodwinds, yall gotta go)
* Everybody on Athletic Scholarship.
* Practice 5 days a week varying from 2-3 hours. Saturday practice eliminated. (Practice and prepare well during the week and the Saturday practice is not needed)
* Tiger Band classes scheduled during Spring and Summer as well to keep the "Musicanship" flowing and going.
