The runner is well within his rights to attempt to dislodge the ball. After the play, Cags initiates contact....

NotaStarGazer is the epitome of the "casual" baseball fan that comes to the Rant to bash a "coach" after a tough loss. The idea that CJJ did not think through that decision is absolutely absurd - he is probably the most prepared coach LSU has.

I am so tired of the experts talking about RPI and SOS as being mutually exclusive. They're not.
The reason their RPI is solid (even with a 28-27 record) is due to SOS....
